Who’s here like red meat? I know I do, and when it come a great steak, there’re only few places for me in Phnom Penh.
Armands the bistro located at #33 St. 108 Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Every times I was there, my favourite dish would would be the Armand’s Tournedos Rossini Classic (included the pan fried foie gras). Other dishes would be the ribeye or The cote de boeuf. I like my stead blue rare and they delivered. They also have duck or lamb-chop as well.
Another bonus part here is that it’s open till quiet late (midnight at least) and it make it obvious to know exactly where you’d go if you finish work after 10pm. Because, you see most of the restaurant in Phnom Penh will be close at 10pm.
