Starling Ridge Plantation Resort

I was suppose to published this post like a year ago and I don’t know why but I somehow have forgot completely about this and just left it here.

We were Kampot during the Phchum Ben Festival last year 2015. Actually we got no plan to be there, however since most of the place were booked, we had go through booking.com and looking for accommodation and that what bring us there. It’s in the middle of the way between Kampot and Kep and at the start we had difficulty finding it, since it doesn’t located right on the National Road, we followed our phone GPS, it took us quiet a trip through the rice field of the countryside, of course we later found a more straighter way in.

When we got there, the view was amazing. There are bungalows and a full villa as well as a restaurant and swimming pools.

The infinity pool have a great view toward the green countryside. Of course if you do not stay there you still be able to access the pool (entrance fee required). Room available from $45 up to $350 if you rented a whole villa for your whole family.

You can also go through the pepper farm and buy peppers there as well.

It was an amazing time, though I heard the resort is not close for 2 months under construction. Maybe open back again this October.
