Seafood Day (នស២រ)

So, let’s started today with some seafood in the region. In my life i’ve always been obsessed with seafood, I can eat them everyday and never get bored. Nowadays in Cambodia, especially Phnom Penh; there are a lot of street seafood place started to open for business. It’s become a very popular for young people to enjoyed the food, as they are quiet cheap. As they are street food, there’re always a doubtful feeling of whether the food are clean.

To be honest, I’ve try them before, since i’ve never found a good location of them even there so many. However today me and my friend went to one of the restaurant call “នស២រ“ (go to the link for the map, and btw I have no idea what the name mean) that sell that very same kind of food, even though of course they’re not on the street. It’s originate from a shop call Milk Green Tea (it’s sell milk drink, i will probably write another one about them soon). The place is quiet big (not too big), they have their own restroom and everything, yet the price is not that difference from those same food sell on the street.

There only one ground floor yet the design is quiet nice, they put the table and umbrella and make it look like at the beach, except of course they have no sand, but it’ll be a mess if they do, hahaha.

There are variety of food course selection, everything from crabs, prawn, shells, squids and even frogs, etc. Most of them really match my taste (of course you might found it difference) and I became quiet attached to it now!!

Here are some of the stuffs we tried today:

It’s not a bad thing to try new things. However if you’re a foreigner visiting Cambodia, and have a weak stomach, I would not recommended it for you since some of these food are quiet spicy and easily effect your stomach. On the other if you used to asian food in one point in your life, then why not? 🙂
